“each piece starts with single-source organic cow’s milk from nearby Bivalve Dairy. Once aged, Chimney Rock is rolled in ground organic shiitake mushrooms from our friends and neighbors at Far West Fungi. Summer Savory and black pepper round out the flavors.”
